Yes. When you buy at ReGen Living, you own your home outright – it’s yours to enjoy, personalise and make your own.
Not quite. The land is leased to you under a 90-year Residential Site Agreement (RSA). This gives you long-term security of tenure without the cost of buying the land – freeing up your money for the things that matter most.
Here’s some good news: you won’t pay stamp duty, council rates or separate water rates at ReGen Living. Your Weekly Site Payment covers your land lease and the shared amenities – keeping things simple, transparent and affordable.
At ReGen Living you own your home and lease the land beneath it via a Weekly Site Payment. The weekly site payment gives you the right to occupy the land on which your home sits and includes your front garden maintenance, and access to all the amenities at ReGen Living.
